The 2023 NFL MVP race begins to reach its home stretch as the season heads into Week 14.
Week 13 will officially close with this week's edition of "Monday Night Football" between the Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars, but the top of the MVP race became clear after Sunday's games, particularly the San Francisco 49ers' dominant win over the Philadelphia Eagles. With that clarity rose a new triumvirate of leaders in NFL MVP odds.
As the 2023 NFL season continues, we'll be tracking NFL MVP odds every week for the remainder of the season.
Here's how the latest NFL MVP odds look, as of Monday, Dec. 4, courtesy of BetMGM.

NFL MVP odds: How the race looks before MNF
T-1. QB Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles (+350)
Last week: 1st (+200)
Hurts and the Eagles fell to the 49ers in a 42-19 loss that dropped the quarterback's MVP odds a bit, though he's still tied for the odds lead.
The former second-round pick finished the game 26-45 for 298 yards and one passing touchdown, adding 20 yards and another touchdown on the ground.
The Eagles head to Dallas to take on the Cowboys for next week's edition of "Sunday Night Football."
T-1. QB Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys (+350)
Last week: T-4th (+800)
The Cowboys outlasted the Seahawks in a back-and-forth offensive shootout, thanks in large part to the efforts of their quarterback.
Prescott was dominant on Thursday night, completing 29 of 41 pass attempts for 299 yards and three touchdowns. The 30-year-old has been scorching hot since the Cowboys' Week 7 bye, tossing 20 touchdowns compared to just two interceptions across the six games.
Dallas plays its second straight primetime game next week when it hosts the Eagles for "Sunday Night Football" in a clash between two of the MVP odds leaders.
T-1. QB Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers (+350)
Last week: 6th (+1600)
Purdy's unlikely success story continued to grow in Week 13, when the second-year quarterback helped the 49ers take down the Eagles, 42-19.
In the NFC Championship rematch, the Iowa State product was 19-27 for 314 yards and four touchdowns.
The 49ers will host the Seahawks in Week 14 for their second matchup in three weeks. San Francisco took the first game in the intradivision clash, 31-13.
4. QB Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs (+600)
Last week: 2nd (+350)
Mahomes had what might be classified as a shaky start in the box score as the Chiefs fell to the Packers, 27-19, after a failed Hail Mary attempt to end the game.
The reigning NFL MVP was 21-33 on pass attempts for 210 yards, one touchdown and an interception.
Kansas City hosts the Bills next week in a battle between two of the top quarterbacks in today's game.
5. QB Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens (+750)
Last week: 3rd (+500)
Jackson and the Ravens were off with a Week 13 bye, and the quarterback's odds dipped slightly.
Baltimore hosts the Rams in Week 14.
